CILSA is a key collaborator in implementing the Engaged Learning component of the undergraduate core curriculum and graduate classes with community engagement.

What does that look like?

  • We offer faculty formation and training in engaged learning theory and practice.
  • We foster relationships with community partners and connect them with faculty for courses, research, and other projects.
  • We provide logistical course support and host GaelsEngage where students, faculty, and partners document their efforts.
